LEXUS TECHNICIANS WANTED
Lexus of Nashville is seeking qualified technicians. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Work in our state of the art dealership service department, using top of the line service equipment.
Technician responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Lexus vehicles, maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting productivity and efficiency numbers.
Applicants must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Lexus and dealership experience preferred. Lexus / Toyota and/or ASE Certified technician a plus.

Requirements
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts, inform team leader if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by customer
• Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify service consultants immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order using the concern, cause and correction format
• Road-test vehicles to check work performed
• Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
• Attend factory sponsored training classes
• Keep shop area neat clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
• Understand and follow federal, state and locate regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
• Exposure to inclement weather
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
• Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, or requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls, or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and /or pulling of materials.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Valet Attendants Needed
Position Summary:
Provide valet parking and front door guest services for visitors, and guests. Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service. Responsible for all other duties assigned.
Overview of Qualifications:
Must be capable of driving both auto and manual transmissions.
Ability to jog to and from the vehicle storage area for long periods of time.
Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time. Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a MVR criteria meeting company guidelines. Must be able to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing and crouching. Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift. Education minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.

Car Wash Attendant
Our quality car wash and detail shop has position for a car wash attendant/auto detailer. Experienced or we will train. Must be at least 18 years of age, must have a good driving record and must be able to pass our drug test and background check. Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
This is a customer service job and you must be have a customer service attitude. Car washing involves standing and bending for long periods of time. Most cleaning is done in the shade.

The Lot Attendant verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership. Parks vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in an orderly manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Parks new vehicles in assigned areas.
- Catalogs and stores keys.
- Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
- Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
- Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.
- Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
- Wash Cars and prepare for delivery
- Keeping inventory
- keeping all cars cleaned and gased at all times
- Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Manual dexterity.
- Good judgment.

- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
